History
The Company was established in Belgium in 1966 and developed dynamically in the following years. In 1972 its seat was moved from Wielsbeke to Oostrozebeke (Belgium). At the beginning of the 1990’s a new manufacturing building and a warehouse were built there. Another manufacturing plant was opened in the year 1997 in Ingelmunster (Belgium). In 1990 Plastivan established its subsidiary Plastivan SARL in Lille (France). This marked the start of the Plastivan’s international operations. In the year 1993 Plastivan Belgium established Plastivan Polska and Plastivan Ltd., which was registered in Bristol (United Kingdom). Plastivan Belgium also controls Extrumat, a company specialising in the manufacturing of PVC extrusion moulding tools and instrumentation.
